I can't believe the negative attitude from some regular posters on this site on so many topics and people.
As a professional of course Vaughan should give his commitment to the club he is playing for - we have plenty to say about the loan players who come here and don't give of their best!
He has stated apparently that at least he is getting a regular game which can only be good for his fitness and return to form. While of course he should never have been punted to Dumbarton in the first place, (I think everyone's agreed on that), it has happened so let's get on with it and look forward to his return fit, confident and raring to go! Give him a break -at least he's not playing against us.

By the way, this only my opinion!! Very Happy Very Happy

Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere but if (IF?) we manage to get into the playoffs would Vaughn be able to play for us. I know he's loaned to Dumbarton till the end of the season but there season ends on Saturday. Don't loan players then return to their parent club and are free to play for them.

The general consensus is that his loan to Dumbarton runs until after play offs so he can't play for us again this season

What a shocking decision to let lewis go to dumbarton and i get the arguement the laddie needed games as he could have got them with us.The other option was to send him out on loan to a lower league club.

Either way Lewis's loan concludes on Saturday.

I've heard that should we need him he would be available for play off games. Apparently we had a similar scenario last season with Hardie (and probably Panayiotou & Longridge) where we had to re-negotiate with Rangers to allow Hardie to play in the Hibs games.

If we could get him back for the play-offs it would be a major boost.

Except Hughes probably wouldn't pick him.

SPFL rules prohibit him from playing.
