Just wanted to thank SoW for putting a tile up in memory of my dad, who passed away recently, free of charge.
You might not all agree with his views etc, but he's a *beep* decent bloke, with Rovers at his heart.
Thanks Again |

Yep he sure is Graeme. On the other note I'd no idea your Dad had passed away Graeme. Sad to hear the news. He was a good man. |

Graeme,
You're not alone.
My dad died last month and I ordered a tile from Gav. It was put up in time for the Cowdenbeath game, and Gav said that there would be no charge for this - which I thought was a lovely gesture. I've since made some charitable donations as I felt I had to be giving something back, but hats off to the guy for this, and indeed all he does for the club. |

Thanks for the kind words and i only do these things for the fans of this great club especially at this time of year.I must admit the tiles apart from the odd colour change are great and ian does a good job on them and in quick time too.I would also like to thank THE RED who takes time out of his day to put them up on the walls for me and take photos so i can send them to those who put the orders in.He never moans about doing that even when i contact him at certain times of day and night to say he has 28 to put up in 1 go I am not sure if the tiles will continue in the new year but we shall see and it will be dependant on a few things if it does continue.AS FOR MY VIEWS THEY ARE MY VIEWS NO ONE ELSES SOMETIMES RIGHT MOSTLY WRONG BUT I TRY Happy christmas...... _________________ YOULL NEVER WALK ALONE

I have to agree with you all .
I have sponsored a few tiles as well and its a good feeling to have your name up on the wall in the south stand .
It really does make a diffrence to supporters to see that , it also uplifts the aesthetics of the south stand buy breaking up the concrete blocks .
I understand that you get fed up of doing all these things at times SOW , along with all the charity work on behalf of the club ,with little or no thanks or assistance . However its fans like you that make all the difference for the rest of us , and even motivated others to try and do a little more for the club or local charities .
