Have tried to listen to the managers comments about Saturday's game tonight and again I can't hear what's being said I do wear a hearing aid but that means nothing so what about putting the volume up and let people chose the level they require it's really not rocket science. This for me has been an ongoing problem. |

Clearly a lot of interest in this game then???
Hopeful of a victory today in the ploughed field that is Jagland.
I get we need to help in defence, but recently 11 Rovers players in the box simply aint working.
1. We get in each others way, paradoxically making it easier for the opposition to score.
2. When we do get the ball, we punt it up the park to no one, meaning it is back in our box again within a Nano second.
Sort that out, and we might have a wee chance today.
2-1 the Rovers

We've resorted to punting it long a lot in previous week's, mostly to our own detriment, ideally we can get back to how we want to play soon, but I don't think it'll be today. Last week's man of the match dropped in favour of a not-left back in his place and another midfielder.
We need a win to keep any sort of play off home mathematically possible. |

We're plugging away, but certainly don't look like we're playing in a 'must win' game.
It'll be interesting to see what transpires - at what point we press the gamble button and whether Thistle decide to stick or twist. _________________ Dougie Hill

We're still hingin' in here with the playoffs. 😃
At least it's a win but chances of getting fourth place still distant _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Still thinking it's near impossible for a playoff spot. As well as a 6 point swing, we also need a 9 goal swing!!!! |

REALLY enjoyed the Patrick commentary.
Least bias of all the away commentators we have listened to and actually described what was going on.
My ONLY criticism is that for some reason he felt the need to announce that Man City were losing 1-3 to some scousers down south.....( I am recording said game).
The Pitch is disgraceful. Methinks there should be some sort of standard enforced on clubs. Not at all conjusive to pass n move football.
The game itself was worse than watching hackers trying to play football.
The guy WEIR that won euro millions ( sadly no longer with us) should have invested in a better surface imo. That way their loyal fans would hopefully like us, see some decent footy.

Cuparman, I'm going to throttle you!! Not because of your views on the Thistle commentary team or the Fiorhill pitch - I agree
No, it's because I managed to block out the commentator when he started to mention the FA Cup semi, which I too have been recording. But I thought I'd check out Fan Talk before going through to the lounge to watch it..... and now I can't unread what you typed |
