Connor McBride signed till the end of the season, welcome aboard Connor. Any relation to the Celtic legend Joe? |

He was released in July so I suspect he has been training with someone, albeit his match fitness maybe some way off. |

Now that would be something if he is!🤞😄
Always remember Joe played half a season (1966-67) up to around Christmas then was out injured for the rest of the season. Still ended up top scorer in the league for that season but unluckily missed out on the European Cup victory and everything else that team achieved that season.
Anyway, good luck for the season with us and hope you grab more than a few goals. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

A lot of negative stuff about Connor on the other channel, QP and Stennie fans, mainly.
However, a number of The Rovers' posters are like me. Let's see him play a few times and not pre-judge him.
One thing does puzzle me, though. He's described as a winger, but Googling him, a lot of stuff comes up describing him
as a striker......and if TransferMarkt is correct (if) then he is 1.89metres, which I make to be 6' 2''. Hmmm, as a free agent, has IM been
looking him over at SP in training as a target man striker?🤔 I guess that we will find out soon. |

I agree with your sentiment.

Between Scott and Kevin, we've not exactly been anointed when it comes to signing McBrides.
Hopefully this laddie bucks the trend. _________________ Dougie Hill

Connor looks about 5' 10'' and not as stated on TransferMarkt. |
