I'm not sure if I am posting this in the correct place on the Forum? If I have made a mistake, please accept my apologies.
I have a wee problem with some pages on the Forum, in that when I choose a subject, then I choose a page number, the normal page appears for a second, however it is immediately replaced by one of the posts, but it looks like a "Word" document and takes up the entire screen. It is a white page with black print. This stops me seeing any other posts on this page number as I cannot move on from this "Word type" page. If I exit the page and try to come back in again, the same thing happens?
I just wondered if anyone else has had this experience, and if so, were you able to correct it?
Or it could be something wrong in my settings?
I would be grateful if one of you more intelligent posters might understand what is going on and help me with a fix please? |

On something like this, the easiest things to try are clearing cache and/or a restart for the device you are using.
Second is trying to access the forum via a different device and seeing if the problem is repeated. If it is, there may be a setting problem with your account, and an email to an administrator is in order to have them check it out.
The third approach would depend on the way you are reading the forum, so I’ll defer that until we get there. |

Thanks for the advice Tex
I will try 1 and 2 and if necessary an E-Mail to an administrator.
Thanks again. |
