It's becoming more and more frequent that when you type out your post, then hit the submit button, it simply gives you a preview of your post instead of posting it, and can take up to 6 of 7 hits of the submit button before it actually posts it.

Why does it do it?

This is still happening to me, not when I post originally but when I edit a post, just went to edit a post a few minutes ago and must've had about 30 tries at getting it to submit and wouldn't, gave up and just copied and pasted what I was wanting to say and deleted the previous post.
