I noticed that the kids birthday parties for School age children all seem to be in the same places, Jumpin Jacks, Brewsters, pool parties or limos etc. I thought it might be an idea for a football themed party to be held at Starks Park with training taken by a player or two, then a tour of the ground and food in the Raith Suite, The kids could get changed in the dressing rooms to make their day that bit more special. I looked at other clubs websites to see if they catered for this kind of idea and see what prices they charge. I got the information below from the Salisbury City website and it looks like something we could do. What do you think?

"Book a fantastic Football Birthday Party for your child at Salisbury City FC.

Up to 16 children will come and train with 2 first team players, play a match and have a tour of the ground and the dressing rooms.

Food and birthday cake is served in the Sarum Suite, with two free children's tickets to see a first team home game, and a football signed by all the players for the birthday child.

Total cost is £160 & please call Claire in the Club Office

I think that is a great idea Idea 'BR'
It would bring some revenue into the club and it might encourage some young lads (Who are guests at the party but not Rovers fans) to get a bit interested, and who knows it might result in them asking their Dads to take them to the odd game.

From little acorns giant rovers fans grow. Laughing
