An eye opener as to why Murray doesn't fancy Corr too much. Even Euan Murray having a go at him for leaving too much space on his outside. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

That was a very hard watch. Well done Kev ! You and the woodwork have kept us in that game.
We were not overly good but it's three points and that's all that matters.
John Robertson comes up to Kev's belly button!🤩🤩 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Didn’t think Corr done too badly. Teenager making his 1st start in half a year up in Inverness who were throwing the kitchen sink at us at times?
We didn’t deserve to win really, on another day ICT score 5 goals but it was great to see the fighting spirit and determination to keep a clean sheet.
Big Kev obviously the stand out in a rovers shirt, couple of magical stops |

Corr & Murray did well in the centre of defense tonight as did Dick. Except some cracking saves from Kev there weren't many standouts tonight. Apart from the goal Vaughan offered little, Hamilton had a more physical presence if little else. Stanton again not at his best but did make some good challenges.
The rest were a bit meh! Easton did ok when he came on but lost the ball too easy, Rudden had great pace and energy when he came on, I'd be happy to sign him next season.
Good if fortuitous 3 points and over to Ayr now. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

We all see things differently.
Rudden was bowfin' tonight. Offered nothing by way of holding up the ball or challenging for it in the air.
Only plus point was he was denied a penalty from seeing the challenge on the highlights at the end of the game. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

They just showed the “ penalty “ claim for the rovers which was waved away.
IM being asked if he thought it was a penalty, he said naw……then they showed a replay of it……..it WAS a penalty, clear cut but not spotted by Ref or linesman.
Fortunately for us, we didn’t need it.
Would have put an entirely different slant on the game had we been 0-2 _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Same page but to be honest didn,t expect much tonight.A team with really nothing to play for against a team that needed the points, game panned out that way _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

That was a slog and a tough watch. Big Kev was a stand out and Stanton played well. Didn't think anyone else stood out.
Easton came on and for me was poor. He is right off the boil just now for what ever reason. Not much from his fellow sub Byrne.
Corr was a little raw, positioning and lumps up the park, however with next to no first to games, I will cut him some slack.
Hopefully 3 points and an away win in Inverness, which doesn't happen too often will be something to build on, going into the playoffs. If we can get another 2 league wins, that will be a major confidence boost.
SPFL released their team of the season yesterday, voted by the players. Stanton is our only entry. Would of thought maybe big Kev might of made it. |
