Or it could just be a case of Pte Fraser's story about the Auld Empty Barn......
there's nothing in it!🫣🥹 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

As he out of contract come June, then he's free to speak with anyone. |

Ian Murray now quoted in the Courier stating he will not be down at Ayr with the squad due to an “internal” matter. A shame as he was one of our better players after a shaky start.
I get we have a replacement but no denying Millen is a big part of where we are in the league to date. Must have f’d up badly… _________________ RIP RONNIE |

I don't think it's the end of Millen as surely we would of just loaned him out. I think he may only be omitted for a couple of weeks as a punishment for what ever did or did not happen.
He's gets a bit stick but don't mind him. I thinking he's good going forward down the right and puts in a good ball. I'm speculating what happened but maybe some of the dressing room did need a few home truths? He's a passionate player and im guessing he may of not put it across in an acceptable way. |

Saw Ross and his 2 chaperones jogging around Ravenscraig Park this morning. Sad sight to see.
Ok so not a truly great defender but still decent and better than his replacement imo.
A few howlers in his spell with us but I'll remember has penalty at Hampden, his block at Tannadice and his celebrations against the Pars with genuine fondness. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 16, Easton 11, Hamilton 9, Smith 7, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

This needs sorted out. Millen, in my opinion is our best RB at the club, good link up play with Mullen, puts a good ball into the box and a passionate player.
What ever has happened and that we don't fully know, no player, manager, coach, club official or director are bigger than the club. In my view, he has served a suspension, by being bombed out the team and all parties should sit round the table and sort this as adults. It needs to be done for the greater good of the club.
If what has as apparently done or said was that bad then surely it would of merited the sack.
Please get this sorted and stop being childish. This is in respect of all concerned parties.. |

Reading the signs, that's just not gonna happen. I don't interpret events as childish behaviour on the part of anyone involved, simply as a clash resulting in a rift that can't be mended. And so I see it that we have no choice but to put our trust in the management doing what is best for the club & team |

With the amount of *bleep* that is going on in the world today, the two of them really need to take a long hard long at themselves, shake hands and get on with their respect jobs, it's pathetic. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Thirded and fourth-ed! With the exception of LV, none of our players is perfect, and I think that Millen has done pretty well for us. He's obviously a wee bit 'enthusiastic', but doesn't every team need someone like that? |

Not wishing to appear “ ageist”, but those of us with many many years of life experience behind us are far more likely to be a little bit less stubborn than our much younger counterparts.
We have all no doubt done and said things that we know we shouldn’t have, but really we know inside that to let frustrations rule your life does not make for a happy situation.
Obviously what has occurred is a “ state secret” and consequently we can only surmise what we think may have happened.
But if what is going on is being disruptive to the club as a whole, then please somebody, take the first step.
Life, as they say, is too short.
There is little worse than looking back and thinking, if only.☹️😔 _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Seems a few of you want this settled with “a handshake and move on” type attitude. Does anyone actually know what happened?
Until the facts are released then who knows what the next move should be.
Judging by Andy Millen’s reaction towards the Rovers dugout the other night (John Potter mainly) then there is more to this than we know. _________________ Two pints prick |

Indeed, Wellyboot - and so my stance is to put faith in our club's management doing what's best for the whole. If that means it's the end for Ross Millen, then so be it. As none of us knows what happened initially to cause the issue, or how things have moved along since, then I can't see that we can criticise one party or another or advocate what needs done now.... |

I suspect given the stony wall of silence there may be legal issues at play.
Employment law when it comes to misconduct or grievance can be an absolute nightmare and a minefield to negotiate without recourse. |
