Seems like the great majority of fans were very happy with the performances of Byrne, Brown and Mullin on Tuesday
and will want all of them to play against Airdrie.
I am in that camp, but, nevertheless ,have some comment to make.
It seemed to me that a good part of the fault for the Pars' goal was due to both Brown and Byrne being caught upfield. One of them should have been sitting. One of Sam Stanton's many strengths is that he covers back for the DM when he ventures up the park. Some dovetailing required! If they can't do that, perhaps Rossco can sub for one of them.
Josh Mullin was praised by many, including Dan O' Reilly, for his deliveries and he has a talent, for sure. But it's a team game and his first " assist " owed much to Vaughany, who, first, nutmegged the Dunfermline player, drawing the foul, then was on the end of the free kick by Josh, with his shot being blocked by the keeper, landing at Dan's feet.

I hope Saturday is not Dan's last match for The Rovers! IM is playing it cool but, hopefully, such as DAFC ( whose injury crisis re CBs deepened on Tuesday afternoon)
won't step in to take him away from us. I guess we have to trust the guys at SP not to mis-step.
Looking for a convincing performance against Airdrie for the first time this season.

Airdrie are the one side who have impressed me with their footballing style. However, we need to keep up the momentum with a win. Do we risk big Kev? Do we make any other changes? I would swap Murray for Corr and somehow get Smith a start but all a headache for IM that must be a good one to have

We have fared better against Dundee Unuted and the Pars than we have agaist this lot. It could be they up the ante against us to prove a point, because IM left them to come to us. It could just be that they know how he will plan games. Both maybe. It is now up to IM to get above and beyond that.

A win would keep the pressure on United and keeps us in with a chance of automatic promotion. Anything else would probably leave us defending second-place.

23 years of misery against Inverness, show what mental-blocks can do. Don't let this lot become our new bogey team! A win tomorrow please!

Looks like a 4-2-3-1, perhaps Smith up top too.

The question has to be is IM adjudging McNeil as a better keeper option than Thomson now or is Robbie still facing a lingering niggle from the break? Should certainly be happy to face less shots.

Think Kev is probably still niggling. He has been training all week. Would of thought Thomson would of started but I suppose McNeil has been a regular starter for Edinburgh.
