Light at the end of the tunnel on injuries' front according to post match interview with the manager.
Ross Mathews mentioned tentatively in dispatches. 😲 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Todorov has been a thorn in our side wherever he/she has played, despise him/her (just covering my pronouns here) always seem to pop up and ruin our day somehow, also despise he/she is a cheating git of the highest (or lowest) order.
PC bit over for the year _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/

Wow RZ the bulk of that just flew right over my head.
I'd have happily taken a point at Cappielow and a win today so to have these results reversed is quite an acceptable return.
It's quite incredible how we have managed to secure second spot with a threadbare squad. The team looked to be running on empty today and with one attacking substitution possible, opportunities to change anything were seriously limited.
I hope that someone is seriously looking at the whole injury situation because it is killing us. This team are performing heroics but cant keep that up forever.
To have the bench we had today (and in recent weeks) with Ross and Mitchell out on loan is not good optics. Both these guys came off the bench and earned us a point at Firhill. |

Agree Northern Rover, its incredible with the injuries being so bad we haven't recalled the loan players back?????
We started so well, passing, attacking and keeping Airdrie well back.
They then adapted fairly quickly, defended in our faces, whereas we stood well off their players and they dominated the first half with ease.
Thank goodness big Kev was on form with some great saves.
Second half was better and what a peach of a strike by Smith.
Then slack defending to allow a simple equaliser from a corner.
Scott Brown has to return to the midfield.
Disappointed at dropping two points.
Lets hope the injured players are returning very soon. |

Just being a curmudgeonly old sod @Northern_Rover, on another forum I am a member off, non football, somebody actually ran a poll because he/she/they/it didn't know what they were and to help he/she/they/it/toaster, wanted everyone to start using pronouns.
It wasn't well received _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

My tuppence worth.
A fairly entertaining game for the neutral.
An opportunity to close the gap at the top wasted, however Utd will be saying similar.
The extreme time wasting was tedious but if we're honest we'd have done the same.
Fairly obvious that McCabe and Airdrie know the Ian Murray play book (Maybe better than IM does!).
We've a big squad but too many injuries... again.
When you consider that the two that came on and changed the game on the opening day at Firhill have been put out on loan, they were precisely the options we could have done with yesterday.
Could have gone better but if their guy had been sharper we'd have lost it at the death, we're still in a good place. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 18, Easton 11, Hamilton 10, Smith 9, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Airdrie had 9 on the bench, we had 5. For me, this shows they were probably full strength and we weren’t so looking at it it’s a decent point and we didn’t lose any ground on top stop.
However, I can recall when it was only 2 subs allowed every week _________________ Two pints prick |

Alas! I can recall when there were none allowed and the days of one sub allowed.🥺 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Just watched the highlights.
At the final whistle there was a fair bit of booing
Anyone know why/ who was it directed at.. . _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

I was at the match with my son, Cuparman, but we heard no booing at the time. Hear it now on the highlights and wonder if it was a small section who happened to be picked up by the positioning of the mikes?
Certainly the Airdrie fans were in full voice support of their team , in the final phases of the match, so the booing must have been at the Raith end. Some " supporters" too used to The Rovers winning and not prepared to tolerate less, even with a bare squad! Dafties, who did not appreciate a good game.
If there was another reason ,like you,I await being enlightened!
Incidentally, at the time I thought that LV and the defender just came together in the box in the first half but the slomo seems to highlight a deliberate barge off the ball by the Airdrie player ie not a shoulder charge , a penalty! |

The boos were directed against mr todorov who had turned and waved to the Rovers end.
Wonder how the injured Airdrie player fared - serious injury I reckon _________________ Here Wee go again |

Ah thanks WK, heard folk booing Todorov when he was subbed but didn't realise he had emerged again at FT to wind up our fans.
I suspect some would misinterpret the sounds as I did ,from the highlights.
Sorry if I misled you, Cuparman |

There was booing as soon as the final whistle blew - so that wasn't directed at Todorov. Those responsible need to take a good look at themselves.
The engagement with Todorov amounted to something more colourful than 'boo'. _________________ Dougie Hill
