Hi folks.
Can anyone who has signed up for a membership please let me know if they have been contacted by the club to confirm their membership?
It's my intention to join and I have sent the details required but had no feedback on the matter such as the date the direct debit will be taken on, or indeed, that the club has received my application etc.
I'm just really looking for reassurance that I've completed the "paperwork" correctly or possibly not, as the case may be.🤔🥺

Thanks Tx, for your help. Much appreciated.
I appear to have an account with Fanbase but not with RRFC directly. Maybe that's how it works?
Would prefer more direct contact with the club to be honest.
I signed up to give the club a monthly subscription and the only offer that I'm interested in is the one that gives a digital copy of the programme.
The rest of the offers I'm not too bothered about.
I'd just like an acknowledgement to know when the first payment will be taken and on what date of the month for budgetary purposes.

ETA I had to sign up again and got to the payment details page where card number is accepted etc.
A real bit of faffing about but I seem to have a membership number of 1219 if I've read things correctly.

Email just arrived offering me a download of the match poster and a link to buy ticket(s) for the game on Saturday. Hope the chance to get a digital copy of the programme arrives as advertised on the official site blurb.🤞
