Can someone remind me why we can’t have RRFC on our club badge?
Are we the only league side in Scotland to not have name or initials on our badge? |

The Lord Lyon, King of Arms is responsible for heraldry and decides what can and cannot be included in a coat of arms.
Anything included in a shield has to be approved by him, it's easier not to indulge him and made up nonsense by leaving letters/words out of the badge.

Just bought two kids outfits for my grandkids in Texas - with approval of Mrs Kirk who reckons the away tops are very attractive. Might even get her one 🥹

They could print the letters underneath the badge without any permission, I'm in the camp it's disappointing that we don't have our initials on our strip
