Updates say Spencer booked in first half then reporting he's booked near end of second half.
No red card?

Ah! Thanks AR.
And on that note today's result could see us in third place maybe. Depending on what happened elsewhere. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

As AR noted, commentary was wrong, BBC and RaithTV both had it correct as Brown in the first half. Vaughan looks pretty sharp. |

Couldn’t be prouder.
The stats make quite good reading also.
Well done the team and the manager and all the players.
Keep it up lads. _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Very pleasing. Not as comprehensive as last week as we failed to score a second goal while we dominated them for a period after scoring the first. I never felt like we weren't going to win today even after Accies levelled through a fine piece of play from their forward. Can't be a better player in this league than Connolly at this moment in time. He's the heart of all our promising attacks.
At the back Brown and Spencer are giving such good cover to our defence, closing out space and shutting down attacks all over the place.
I must admit we aren't where I thought we would be only a month ago but it's good to be able to look at the top of the league and have thoughts about the possibilities come April. Well done to the players and Ian Murray for making that happen. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

A very satisfying afternoon at SP!
I did expect Sam Stanton to score when he was clean through, given his recent scoring record, but I guess he had to miss one sooner or later.
Similarly ,Connor O'Riordan has been in fine form , and it was a surprise that he was turned apparently so easily for their goal, but he's here to gain experience and will have learnt from that.
Great technique from Dylan Easton for the opening goal. Quite a lot he has tried in recent games hasn't come off, so good to see that goal.
LV proved ,yet again, that he has a fine football brain. ( I was pleased, though, that he was only given 15
minutes or so ,building him up nicely )
The team is coming together well as a unit. Let's hope that we keep free of any major injuries and, instead, have an increasingly strong bench, which will be needed with such a tight league. |

Squad is getting stronger and competition for places. Vaughan, McBride and Frederiksen fighting for a start up front. Gullan and Ross to return. Can only be a good sign for the rest of the season |
