I thought the defence were solid today and especially both CB's. We score 3 goals but my MOM was Dick.

Great result and very comfortable

Agree with badpress,defence was excellent

A number of candidates for MOTM but mines would have been O,Riordan.Top player

A very impressive whole team performance today with a cracking first goal from Aiden Connolly. A terrific performance from the defenders again, and Kyle Connell ran his heart out up front. For me our best performers were Stanton and Spencer with Brown sweeping up where necessary. Fantastic to see Lewis back on the park for the final 6 or 7 minutes. He would have brought the house down if he had managed to lunge in and reach his chance. Well played the Rovers, onwards and upwards! Great result.

Not so long ago, Partick looked like running away with the league, while we could not score and we could not defend. What a turnaround! Well done IM and the lads!

Great to finally see Lewie back!

Btw we are locked on both points and GD with Dundee. It is pretty unlikely to remain that way at 5pm next Saturday, but we are gaining on them! It will make Dens, on the 12th, an interesting game.

At the start of the season I thought that Dundee were the team to beat due to their resources.
I reckon they are in a false position, so any ground we can make on them to the end of the season the better.

Great result and a very good performance all round.

Partick started the better of the two sides and we scored against the run of play IMO, however from there on it was the RRFC show especially when Connolly notched the second. It all goes to prove the importance of that 1st goal especially an early one.

Some good individual performances with special praise for 2 players who haven't had a great time of it, both Connel and Millen both put in great shifts.
Connolly got the MotM vote for his 2 goals but in retrospect I'd have given it to O'Riordan, what a cultured player with a cool head on one so young. He's surely a player with a big future ahead of him.

Great to see LV back in action, if he'd got on the end of that cross there would have been some celebration.

Shame we didn't boost our goal averages in the second half but great game management in keeping the clean sheet.

Great atmosphere also yesterday. Lunch at Strathearn then a feast of football. Great day. Thought our No 15 was also on his game yesterday. As well as many others. The one time the young centre half went up the pitch thistle almost scored!!

Listened to IM video and watched the highlights.

Things would appear to be looking up.
Getting the goals that our play has deserved over quite a few matches is nice to see.

I have been behind the manager from the off. I think the players have ď bought intoĒ his style of play and at last we have had things go our way.

This team has been so close to some wins that did not happen due to the odd bit of bad luck or poor decision making.

I hope this team continues to grow, the pass and move footy is a joy to watch and sometimes things donít come off but the squad appear to really be working hard for each other.

The players that have been brought in have all added something to the club.
Iím a happy bunny and am hopeful for the future.
We will be at the AYR game ( at Ayr), that will be the serious test for the boys.
Smile
COYR.
