Avoiding the obvious big two names and then a home draw is all we can ask for.
Here's hoping 🤞🤞
Though I just have a feeling it's going to be Celtic away. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Baws!
When you come out third from the last and see what the last two ball numbers were☹️
I suppose at least it will be a decent amount of money. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Can't see it being as easy as 2015, however bigger crowd these days so greater gate receipts on to of prize money.
Can we male as much as £250k from it? |

Sigh
Ah well, even if we go out, surely the money we make will make a big difference.
Had we drawn ICT and lost in front of 2,000 people without TV coverage then we would have wished we had been drawn at Ibrox!
*Still a slim chance we upset the odds too!…. |

Gutted at that especially after the performance on Saturday.
All about the money now. |

It's a six figure cash injection into the club which could make a huge difference to us next season. Ayr of course are on course for an even bigger pay day and maybe even Inverness but thems the breaks. You never know, we might yet pull off an upset like Partick almost did. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Hummmm…Sevco get a home tie, and Celtic get an away not at Ibrox, I’m shocked! Setting up nicely for Darvel to have the best possible chance to do it. Of all the away matches, certainly the money spinner, certainly more so than the same in the Semis due to gate sharing…and a winnable tie as Partick showed. |

Media all over themselves with the thought that an Ayrshire derby could be on the cards in the quarters.

The Romance of the Cup is all very well but, in our financial situation, I'd rather see us being in a position to start to sign up some of our soon to be out of contract players, for a real tilt at promotion ( and a Scottish Cup run ) next season .
This way that can happen, whilst there is still the chance of a real Cup shock as well.
Only a matter of days ago, we were fearing for the future of The Rovers, so we should count our blessings. |

Excellent draw for us from the financial viewpoint, may give us the opportunity to tie down out of contract players, maybe clear some debt too
And you never know we could get lucky and win |
