Utd out on pens but reports and stats suggest they mostly dominated the game so bit early to suggest they are about to start losing games on a regular basis!

If you go by the un-scientific method of who is overdue because we have not played them for the longest time, we would get drawn against St. Johnstone.

Have we ever played Broomhill (wherever that is) or The Spartans?

8/3/14 for St Johnstone…on the other hand, we've never faced Bonnyrigg Rose, The Spartans or Broomhill in a SPFL match.

Broomhill lies just north of Partick on the way up to Anniesland in the Westend area of Glasgow. I had friends (now deceased) who lived in the Broomhill flats as they're known as. The club was formerly known as BSC Glasgow (Broomhill Sports Club) a community organisation. I believe that they play on Dumbarton's ground these days.
As suspected https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broomhill_F.C._(Scotland)

One of our more learned contributors may confirm, wasn't there a pre season tournament which involved the Rovers, Spartans and Blyth Spartans?

We played The Spartans in a pre season (early July) friendly a few seasons ago maybe 2016/17/18. Can't remember exactly when now. I was generously invited along as a guest of the club and ended up with Andy Mill being the boardroom hosts. Just happened that all of the other directors were away on holiday at the time.
