Probably nothing to do with systems and more to do with consistently rank bad set piece delivery.

Sorta my point, SG…and your’s. We had him for half a season, starting nearly the whole time, and he got an assist. Now, in half the games, and less than half the minutes, he’s scored two at what is certainly at least a slightly higher competitive level. Certainly, since they both were fortuitous chances off corners, it tells us our delivery to the front of the net sucks. BTW, as noted above, a quite enjoyable series of goals, couple of real crackers, with young Conner’s cool as can be. |
