Hamilton, on the opening-day of the season will stick in our memories, but was one of many.
With goal-difference as it is, drawing level with Partick just won't cut it. Either Partick lose four points on us or we need to win both of or remaining games in the way that we were scoring in the first half of the season - and hope!
Unless we just fold now, that tool who refereed the Inverness game will have - 100% - cost us a play-off place! |

That's two seasons where Mr Colin Steven has had a big hand in ruining our season.
He was the ref against QotS at Starks who that incorrectly ruled Steven Dobbie's free kick crossed the line. Had we picked up more than 1 point that day we wouldn't have been relegated! Then this season he loses the plot against ICT...again.
In the remote possibility that we finish 4th we will face Inverness in the 1st play off, I feel that will go one of 2 ways.
1. We will beat them.
2. The SFA will appoint Mr Steven to officiate. _________________ Competitive goals: Connolly 15, Easton 6, Gullan 6, Stanton 4, Dick 3, Vaughan 3, Connell 2, Brown 1, Frederiksen 1, McBride 1, OG 1. |

I suppose a win will always be welcome. However, i feel it is too little too late. It keeps it a wee bit interesting next week. We are not called Scottish football's great tantalizers for nothing. |

True enough NR, but then every team in this league will have the same sob story for some bad luck, thrown away points or whatever.
On the bright side, just think how loooooong the Pars' story of "what might've been" in 21-22 is! |

Hopeful of a victory today in the ploughed field that is Jagland.
I get we need to help in defence, but recently 11 Rovers players in the box simply aint working.
1. We get in each others way, paradoxically making it easier for the opposition to score.
2. When we do get the ball, we punt it up the park to no one, meaning it is back in our box again within a Nano second.
Sort that out, and we might have a wee chance today.
2-1 the Rovers

OK. I said we would win, and I got the margin right! There was just a slight mistake in the total goal count
Really good result yesterday lads. Bene was masterful at the end. However, I have to admit to being surprised at how ORDINARY Thistle looked. They were definitely there for the taking.
Same again next week and ......... who knows. It is still possible
OH aye. We are due Hamilton a sair wan are we not? |

The Thistle of Maryhill fairly horsing the Thistle of the Moray Firth tonight.
This is a good result but only if we win tomorrow.
Big Brian HSWHW with two goals gets MoM. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Always a laugh seeing these teuchtars taking a hiding, but can you ever imagine us being awarded a penalty like that against Inverness? _________________ Dougie Hill

This will be a huge test for us. Having watched them hammer ICT on Friday night it's safe to say their main threats are Tiffoney & Graham. Our central defence and Millen will have to be on their game. I just hope we can attack them and give them something to worry about. |

I don't think anyone could fail to have been impressed with them on Friday night, but there was a game early last season where they gave a team an absolute scudding on the telly (possibly Hamilton), but the wheels came off very soon after. _________________ Dougie Hill
