Not being stupid but who would we like to see come in or think mcglynn should get in. Personally I would like to see Gullan as he knows how to shoot, vital part of being a striker. Or Bowie back boys scoring and assisting well down at Fulham. I also feel we need to be playing keatings more the guy knows how to score he’s being doing it his whole career. He’s also hit the target at Montrose more than our own squad in the last 5 games |

Keatings has only scored one goal in his time up at League One Montrose. In fact he hasn't been a prolific goal scorer ever. He's scored 53 goals in total during his career, never more than 14 goals for any one club and during his two years at Inverness he only managed 8 goals.
I'd definitely love it if we could sign Gullan or Bowie. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Rovers can tear up Keatings' contract as far as I'm concerned. With the exception of Musonda, forays into the English market have not proven fruitful either so it is a difficult one.
McGlynn and Smith do have the benefit of the scouting software system but at the end of the day it will come down to money. I do worry that Varians loan deal includes a must play clause which could hamper things, if that is the case them they will have to find someone who can play off him. Looking at free agents on Transfermarket the pick of them would need international clearance so I suspect it will be a loan deal unless John can pull another rabbit out of a hat but he must realise the squad is tired and we need more firepower up front. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

I'd go for Cummings. Do we really need Gullan though? Gullan is ok, he's nothing special. Don't know why everybody sees him as the go to guy. |

Cummings is attracting interest from Central Coast Mariners in Australia and was linked at Dunfermline as well. I'd suspect we'd struggle to get him in all honesty. Has it even been confirmed McPake is looking to punt him?
Really don't get the excitement folk have for Gullan either |

Another in Gullans just okay camp
To my knowledge McPakes never confirmed that Cummings is up for grabs even though hes out of contract at end of the season
I read the interest in Cummings from down under but to me doesnt come across as somebody that would hotfoot to there _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

Gullan is not the answer for a proven scorer, but is a fair bet for a chance. |

Not sure Gullan is the answer either but neither is Cummings unless the question is "Which terrible striker missed an open goal from less than 2 yards for Hibernian at Starks Park?"
Video here
He's not been overly impressive in any game against us last season either and the attitude at Dundee suggests we stay clear. |

I'd take Santiago Muñóz if they are offering but I doubt it. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |
