Whats an AGM?
As a shareholder I used to receive the accounts by email if I couldnt attend an AGM but cant recollect the last time it happened

Wonder if Val got in touch with the Clyde women explaining the publicity they could muster pulling a stunt like that? Certainly wasn’t an issue for them the last several years with Goodwillie spearheading Clyde as captain and top goal scorer. |
I see lots of confusion about paying DG, but the basics of contract law suggest; he’ll either get paid until the contract ends or accept a buyout, any buyout would be less than full value due to accelerated payments, incentives are NOT required to be paid if he doesn’t play and he can’t sue on the basis of not being played as there would be obvious adverse consequences to the contracting party if he was played, the choice of playing him was never in his control and his contract assures money and not playing time, he cannot play elsewhere while contracted with Raith.
Given those facts, I see a settlement coming for between 70% and 90% of his sum of due wages and DG moving to play somewhere less critical. |
