Other than his disastrous spell with us he actually has a very good record. Perhaps his failure here said more about us than him. Hopefully not as I'd love to see the Townies relegated. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

I'm happy to see then struggle but dont want them out the league. I enjoy the games against them and big crowds which generate money. |

Even at Hartlepool in the 2012/13 season he managed something noteworthy in the few months he was there. Parted company in May 2013.
His arrival came after a disastrous start to the season under Neale Cooper, which resulted in the former Ross County and Gillingham boss resigning in October after a run of 12 games without a win.
It took Barron, and then former Hibs and Falkirk boss Hughes another 10 games to end that streak with a Boxing Day victory at Sheffield United, but despite a seven-match run from late January that earned the Scot the manager of the month award, Pool failed to pull clear of the bottom four and were eventually sunk by Oldham's win against Yeovil on 16 April.
Hughes had reiterated his desire to remain at the club for a promotion bid. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Are you teasing me Embow that maybe he doesn't do well when coming into clubs that are already struggling? _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |
