The link (I think) was "in"

I think too many people are being too obvious and just linking one word from 1 song with 1 word in another.
To make this really work I think we need as Imaginative (as Ally Gourlay suggested) possible answers.

Stuff like Highway to Hell by AC/DC to Mr Blue Sky by E.L.O. or Get it on by T Rex or Marc Bolan or Robert Palmer, the link having been through the Power station and to do with electricity.

It can be as complex or as simple as you like but if you listen to the R & M show on radio 2 the link's are never too simple so I think that is the point of the chain, ie it should be clever.
Not like Prince Red to Corvette the Stones Little red rooster just using the word/colour red but you could go from Little red corvette to Werewolf in London as Howlin Wolf sang Little red rooster.

And if you think it's too complex either bin it or explain it.
