Maybees time to let him leave in January, tear up his contract and let him move on for free.
McGlynn doesn't often get it wrong so can only think the lad himself is going through some stuff that he needs to sort out.

Just hope that the guy is ok and he's able to come back into the football fold, if there's any non football related problem. Maybe it's the cup tied scenario that's the reason for him not being in the picture today?

I heard at the match today that he is considering retiring from the game. If so, although understandable, i would imagine we will not need to pay the second season of his contract. A piece of good news if true.

If his contract has been terminated due to an injury, maybe player insurance will help out.
