Yup it was another great gig! Will there be a 6th Quinny? We must surely be the only club in Britain that does an event like this?
I thought the bands were all great, so too was the athmosphere. Shame Harlem were charging £3 a pint tho. I'm sure its not that expensive on a Sat night! |

Absolutely fantastic day again at RTR 5. Thought all the acts were amazing with State of Emergency sticking out for me.
Shame about the bar prices £3 for a bottle of Carlsberg, I can get a case of 24 for £11.
Anyway we shouldn't let this detract from a brilliant event.
Well done to all who organised it and will there be RTR 6? |

Thanks for all your great comments lads as it truly is a great day not only for raith fans, club, charities but also the kirkcaldy public.I cant thank everyone enough for contributing to the event as it would take too long just now altho i will post up eventually the charities, sponsors etc etc.Who i do want to thank just now is the lads from FIFES FINEST who helped on the 2 stages and sold merchandise throughout the gig. They were there from 10.30 in the morning till last thing at night and were fantastic in fact the bands all praised them.Without them a gig this size isnt possible as it would cost too much to get professionals in and anyway i wouldnt want them as ff do such a great job.We made a few quid but for some reason or another may not make as much as last year but there could be many factors too that. The charities get their £500 each and raith get a few quid aswell so all is good.As for an RTR 6 am no sure yet as its a lot of work and am shattered even 3 days afterwards.THANKS EVERYONE _________________ YOULL NEVER WALK ALONE

Well done SoW and FF, tremendous determination and guts along with the great ability to put on a show of this size. |

I notice the FFP has absolutely zilch about the event - too concerned with an event they put on in opposition to RtR. What gives? |

I wont slag the press off too much as they do a wee bit for the gig as in selling tkts, publicity etc but its still more than a lot of folk in kdy do. _________________ YOULL NEVER WALK ALONE
