Because i have so many cds to sell i have been thinking of ways to sell em and to get some dosh in for maggies and raith.So the latest deal is anyone who buys an rtr tkt from me or at the press office will get a chance to buy a cd for £3 or 2 for £5. Wink

nope its the first 20 i decide to invite along and who are available for that day as you may or anyone may notice there is local acts,new acts and ones from outwith fife.i also look at getting those that i know people want to see and who never let anyone down every year.i want new bands in aswell to freshen up things so anyone who knows a band interested then they should contact me.

I hope everyone comes along to this years gig and supports it as so far the response from all over is poor and i am in panic mode.I have put a lot of hard work into setting it up to help the club and the charities so i dont want it to be a disaster.

Get the publicity machine going Gav. Have you got the Rock the Rovers articles on the main website, FFP, Courier, local whats on gig guides etc.?

tam i can only do so much mate and i have put 100s of posters all round kirkcaldy and other towns in fife.some of the shops i hand posters into dont even put them up which annoys me all the time.i gave the press all the details they need so its now up to them to publicise it for me.i got no help from forth 1 last year when i asked them,i heard kingdom fm may help us out but havent had that confirmed.i sent a piece to the courier and the glenrothes gazzette but havent had anything back yet.jim foy says cause i post details up on fantalk he cant put anything on main site which i understand.stelios and rentaghost are doing some articles for the raith programme so i hope it will be in this week at dundee game.i have gave harlem posters to put up in the club and they have advertised it on the net.tam like i said i can only do so much as i organise most of it so now i need the backing to make it a success.
