Hi Dalziel 8, the second classic Rovers top was the Silver Lion strip on the 1950s era.
I have one Silver Lion top left, however TOFFS may produce more tops for them to sell.
The third classic top is the current one the wonderful blue top of the 1970s, see Paul's image above and my avatar.
Contact me for more details. |

Another three Classic Tops sold today including the last Silver Lion Top. Many thanks lads.
We're just another group of fans helping to raise funds and to provide an excellent range of merchandise - The Classic Tops produced by The Old Fashioned Football Strip Company (TOFFS).
For a trial we ordered two XS sizes which are mainly for kids, and one was sold last week.
Get your classic top for Christmas.
Idea: So you want the lady in your life to be a Rover too? Stuck for Christmas pressies? The solution, the ideal pressie, buy one for their night attire |

I agree it's pretty good. However, my mind has gone completely. I don't remember the 1975-76 strip at all with the 2 royal blue hoops on a white shirt. I know that's the year I moved to Edinburgh, but didn't miss many games that season.
Anyone know why we appeared to have played in a Scotland top 1949-50 or why the two gold bands were added 1950-1955? _________________

I bought this a few weeks ago - at first I didn't like the design as much as the previous ones that have been done (two blue hoops and two gold hoops / silver lion) but up close it is absolutely stunning and fantastic quality. It's now my favourite of the 3.
Well done guys, you've done us proud yet again. _________________ Follow the Trust on facebook and twitter |

I bought the 1950's classic top about a year ago and it didn't fit me, although I kept it as it's a great top. Just realised today it's an L rather than an XL.
anyone intersted in a swap? Either for the same top in XL or for another classic top in XL?
It's been worn once and washed since so still in good condition! _________________ NO FOOTBALL FOR FASCISTS |
