Although it further diminishes our chances of promotion next season it's pleasing to see Killie relegated. I have disliked them ever since the 92/93 season when them and us got promoted. Not that I hold a grudge or anything. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Congratulations to Dundee. We beat them a couple of times this season. _________________ Here Wee go again |

Rugby Park it is for us next season.
Can't still quite believe Dundee have gone up given how things went for so long in the Championship last season. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Shame their whole squad is out of contract.
Think that might have been a factor in their relegation actually, majority didn’t look all that fussed, lack of fight to go along with their lack of ability.
Hamilton aren’t a bigger club than ourselves, they have been well run, had a good youth system which has made them money and been fortunate to escape relegation several times...can see them struggling now eventually relegated.
Kilmarnock face a massive rebuild so hard to comment right now how they might get on but they aren’t one of the ‘big’ clubs like the ones who have been down here in recent years.
Going to be an interesting season next year, good recruitment and no reason we can’t be fighting it out at the top end again... |

Unfortunately the Fife and Ayrshire derbies will be the big attraction for the BBC on a Friday night and we'll lose a fortune in gate money. _________________ Dougie Hill

Didn't you hear, they spectacularly lost the thick end of £1M to a Nigerian Prince in a scam. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Happy with that result. Dundee were hitting form at the right time, I reckon they would have started next season well if they had stayed down.
Kilmarnock and Hamilton have been absolutely dire this season, and given the fact you could have put a cigarette paper between us and Dundee over the season, and they looked so much better than Killie, it should at least give us confidence we can be competitive with regards to promotion.
The right signings would see us in with a shout of being involved in a title race. |

100% agree with this. I reckon we actually have better players than Dundee, just lacking that mental edge, reacting poorly when things go against us (not just the Dundee home leg, but also v Hearts last league game)
Keeping most of what we've got (finding a replacement for Hendry if we need to), and adding a 15-goal striker would put us in the top three again |

I'm a bit gutted with two fold that result.
Firstly I don't want to be travelling for another 2 away days in Ayrshire next term when I could have been Choo choo-ing it just over half an hour up the coast for a day out.
Secondly I feel even more robbed now than I did after those last 3 Dundee games. Two diabolical linesmen's decisions robbed us initially of 2nd place in the league then of half a chance in the play offs. Killie were the side I'd least have fancied but to be honest on last nights showing I think we'd have turned them over. Cant help but feeling this is a golden opportunity that slipped away. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 15, Easton 11, Hamilton 9, Smith 7, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |
