That result should probably give the title to the Pars barring a total melt down during the run in. Falkirk in the play offs more than likely.
Can we push on yet to get a bash at the Bairns come May?🤔🤞
PS I didn't realise that the Pars have lost only once this season! An away game at Montrose in October.
Looking forward to matching up against them next season. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Falkirk could falter, I wonder what the odds are on a third consecutive 6th placed finish? _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Not a bad result for us at Morton. It gives us a wee chance of battling away for fifth place. I notice there was a typical McGlynn result at EEP tonight, big chance to close the gap and manage only one shot on target.
I still get annoyed thinking back to when he kept playing that useless Andy McNeill in goals instead of McGurn the season we were going for promotion with Dunfermline. That cost us the title. |

Remember we had Colin Wilson in defence when there were options ahead of him. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

That was the 3-1 defeat when Grant Murray was the player manager. I'm sure he came on for him at half-time. |

Gretna,a mean QP scrape by Cove 1-0 by way of an OG which keeps Cove 9 pts behind us having played a game more. _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

It makes a win a week on Saturday more important. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

If Queens Park go up will they HAVE to play every home game at their new wee 2,000 capacity stadium or is there a way they can cheat the system getting the use of Hampden and get tens of thousands of Old Firm fans’ money? Hope not.
I would say if we fail to beat Cove in the next game then our play off hopes will be over, sides directly above us are going to accumulate points this month while we have only the chance for three of them.
I believe Ayr play the three bottom sides before the end of March, means they could be almost out of sight if they can pick up close to max points from those… |

SB, the promotion play offs boat has sailed for us. Last week's defeat seen to that.
Good luck to Queens Park I say. Considering we are living outwith our means to the tune of hundreds of thousand of pounds every season, that gap being bridged by our owner and directors, then I don't think we can be all snooty about Queens Park doing the same only more effectively. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

If Queen’s Park can find a way to play at Hampden, take OF money, and beat their duopoly, I’d be cheering as hard for them as the Rovers! |

At least QP kept Cove off our back last night.
Albeit with more than a fair share of luck if report on the game I read is accurate. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Serious long shot I know but we, and more importantly the players need to believe we can catch the sides above us.
Morton Thistle still 0-0 with 20mins to go as I write this, perfect result if it can stay that way… |
