Their latest set of accounts shows £646,000 spent on legal fees in the last year, but unfortunately it doesn't specify whether that was their own legal costs or whether it includes the costs of the parties they unsuccessfully raised the court action against.
They turned a profit due to £3.6m received primarily from James Anderson via the Foundation of Hearts.
Net liabilities are now in the region of £9m. _________________ Dougie Hill

I see they are linked with Gary Mackay-Steven. That would be a great signing for them if it came off. |

Supposed to be returning to Aberdeen, last I heard.
However, nothing definite, so he may well end up at Tynie.
Hard to believe he's thirty. Where have the years gone from when he was a wee laddie playing in the Caithness junior summer league for Thurso Pentland Boys Club from where at 13/14 year's old he was taken on by Ross County along with a number of other local lads. Gary was the only one who progressed, signing for Liverpool at 17. The rest were let go at under 19 level. My (then) neighbours laddie, a contemporary of Gary at under 15 and 17 level, played for County in an under 19 fixture (final?) against the Rovers at Stark's back in late twenty noughties then was let go the following weekend. Not to say he was devastated. Had a few years with Academy in Highland League then just lost interest and packed in playing. Gary on the other hand?.....the rest is history, including a dip in the Kelvin!😊 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

McInnes stating Aberdeen not signing anybody due to shortage of money thanks to no spectators etc. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Aberdeen were after both Brophy and GMS
Ps Papers/Mcinnes a bit contradictory,in one breath had bids in for both mentioned players and in the next saying cant afford to add any new players in Jan transfer window
Boils down to Hearts offering more money/ better wages

Was reading that the foundation of hearts contacted Inverness CT and suggested that they sell virtual tickets for up and coming game as they believed hearts fans would snap them up in an effort to financially support them.
Thus far, they have sold well over a thousand tickets to jambo fans.
Great idea, however I cannot see then contacting us or Dundee about a similar scheme. |

That's awfy cute. Sending their maroon pounds to the teams who didn't vote to end the season.
They had a M8 alliance with Partick last summer - is this now an A9 alliance?
Stolen from P&B:
You can just see the two sets of players lining up round the centre circle prior to kick-off and singing a verse of 'I'd like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony'. _________________ Dougie Hill

There's also the old pals act of Robbo and Scott Gardiner to factor into the equation. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Nice to hear GM-S hasn't completely lost his Caithness twang despite his global travels and swimming exploits!😊 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!
