If this is the case, then that's a massive blow for us. |

A shame for the lad, he's been quality all season. Fingers crossed he's fit again soon enough and would love to see him sign up again for next season. |

I guess that might depend how serious the injury is, we don't need another LV however, if it is something McGlynn feels can be fixed properly, offering to look after him medically might go a long way to him signing on with us again. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Gaffer pre Dundee interview with the Courier touches on Frankie’s injury -
“Frankie had an operation on Friday,” added McGlynn. “We would expect him to be back for the start of the season.
“It was a fragment of patella tendon that was loose, so to speak, and there is a timescale. It should get him back for the start of next season.”
Asked whether that target was indicative that Musonda would still be a Raith Rovers player next term, McGlynn said: “That’s a possibility, yes.” |

Great news. We are going into the new season with a much stronger mix at CB. In addition, of course, Frankie can ably cover right across the back line. The Player Update on the Raith website doesn't say if the extension is for one or two years. If Frankie continues to progress ,and with Berra there as well as Bene to share their experience with him you would hope that he would, it would be good to think that we wouldn't lose him for nothing at the end of the season. |

With Frankie, Bene, Berra and McKay we are totally sorted for CB, I really hope we don’t cut corners and rely on any of them to play full back for more than the odd match here and there. |
