You should only put a pinch of salt in when making your porridge then put sugar on to suit your taste.

Really its all a matter of taste.
The most important thing is the oats, the super food as the nutrition gurus call it.

In fact I'm partial to the Quaker Oats Oat So Simple flavoured porridge range, excellent. Very Happy

Depends how I'm feeling. I like either of them but sugar just edges it in my opinion. (And I have a degree in Porridgeology) Wink
