|
|
Relatively new to the forum, can't seem to find a way to highlight someone else's post when I want to refer to it in my reply.
I've looked in the FAQs, and down the list of topics, but can't see anything
Can anyone advise? |

Although this is used a lot - I do wish that posters would not do those nested quotes - they take up too much room on a page especially when an image is embedded / my opinion _________________ Here Wee go again |

Here here!!
Example, I didn't need to quote this, If I am really worried about people not knowing what I'm responding too I would write 'WillieKirk'. It's not like Fantalk topics are getting 100 replies a minute and relative posts are disappearing off page at a rate of knots |

Easy enough to get the nested quotes down to the single one wanted.
Just highlight the stuff not wanted then hit cut, but making sure you keep the bit in for the piece you want to show.
Hope that makes sense! _________________ Talk on! Talk on!
