|
|
The Raith Rovers 200 Club quiz will take place this Friday at 7pm. We still have space for a couple of teams. It's only £10/team of four persons.
It's a fun quiz to suit all abilities and the winners are presented with a fantastic genuine simulated silver trophy and a case of beer. More importantly you will have bragging rights over the other teams for a year!
If you want to enter a team please get in touch or visit the Raith Rovers 200 Club Facebook page. |

Here's a preview of the questions on the specialist section on the 2016-17 season...
Where is it going pear shaped?
Why is it going pear shaped?
Why is the manger not getting results?
Why is the team imploding whenever they lose the first goal?
Why is the team's confidence shot to pieces?
What is the BoD doing to try to help change things?
Most folk posting on this website seem to know the answers already so this should be a high scoring dawdle for most, but alas, not the team on the pitch.

The quiz is a good laugh, but any team thinking of entering better brush up on the Eurovision song contest! _________________ We dont need no stinking badges |

Excuse me it was questions on X Factor that lead me to being unceremoniously replaced as quiz master!! I put my heart and soul into these questions for years then that wee mad Dysart woman takes over.

Is anyone from the playing and /or club staff coming along to support the quiz night, seeing as they have a weekend off? _________________ Dougie Hill

They've been taking most weekends off since September's end. _________________ Competitive goals: Easton 5, Vaughan 5, Smith 4, Hamilton 2, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Mitchell 1, Mullin 1, Stanton 1, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

We still have places available for our quiz night this evening. If you have a team willing to play then please come down and join in. If you don't have a team then still come down as we can always fit you in.
Our interim manager, Craig Easton, will be in attendance with his team of development players. The questions won't be hard and the emphasis is on having fun.
So get yourself along to the 200 Club tonight at 7pm. If nothing else you can help me eat all the sausage rolls and pies!!
Cheers |

English Mike and his assailants retained the trophy. However, it's like the Scottish Cup - they only get a replica of the trophy. The real one stays under lock and key.
It was a good night - well done to all who organised and attended. _________________ Dougie Hill
