Big game live. I might go if it’s a nice night, just to cross Burntisland off the ‘grounds i’ve been to with Rovers’ list, and of course to see the return of the new concussion-free Fernandy Mendy Gadgie. _________________ This is the year we win the Play-offs. |

If the manager isn’t interested why should anyone else be? _________________ Davie McGurn gone but never forgotten! |

I have to agree with the manager on his point. We can do without matches like this and he's just been proven correct with the news posted elsewhere that young Jack Smith has been stretchered off. Great news for our injury problems eh !! |

Posted this a few days ago in the Stranraer thread
“Thats one thing I do agree with McGlynn on.Tuesdays game is a meaningless and nuisance fixture..Risk of injuries, something we can do without “
Why we actually play in this competition especially with our limited squad is beyond me. _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

Sadly for Jack, its par for the course given his injury issues |

Hope not. Not just for the team but the young lad himself with his previous problems |

According to the scant updates on twitter, 0-4 Rovers, 2 trialists and one each for Anderson & Tait very late on, no idea on the rest of the squad.
Hopefully young Jack is okay, not seen any further info on him _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

He’s just recovered from back issues that limited him in the pre-season...not the result we wanted. |

The game seems to have served one purpose, and that was getting McGlynn's 2nd match ban out of the way, but at what cost to young Jack ? |

A stretcher sounds ominous - hard to picture the injury as anything other than serious. With any luck, we should get an update in the Montrose pre-match - if anyone dares to ask! |

The attendance for the Shippy match was just over 260, ten or more than their centenary game against the Pars the previous week. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |
