So he has opted for a move to mighty Alloa.
Hope they get relegated then he can get his dream move and actually work in nandos! _________________ "Dancing in the streets of Raith?, I do every night" |

Always had it in him to be a superstar at a lower level. |

TBH I'd rather have him up front than Elliot. |

IMO he suffered from a lack of confidence (from the management) thus did not get the continuity playing in the team every week and the end result was a lack of match sharpness that forwards need. Can see him doing well for Alloa this season. |

He's a more than decent player who will in more than likely have a better season this year than last.
Decent he may be but for me he's not in the best thing since sliced bread category and if he's stayed I doubt he'd have got played any more often than he did last year which is the obvious reason he left.
As to why he didn't play too often last season is between him and Murray as when you look at his goals to minutes ratio for last season he was our most prolific striker. _________________ Competitive goals: Connolly 15, Easton 6, Gullan 6, Stanton 4, Dick 3, Vaughan 3, Connell 2, Brown 1, Frederiksen 1, McBride 1, OG 1. |

Mmm,theres nobody in our squad in the best thing since sliced bread category so a decent Spence would`ve been suffice for us..I was never in the get rid of Spence category and was hoping we`d have kept him.
Agree with much of what rovers4ever said. _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

Not saying Spence was the best thing since sliced bread, but on his day, he was good. If he plays week in week out, he'll get into double figures easily. Would have liked to keep him. |

Gets only goal of game today. Looks as if he could do well this season for them. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Could've done a better job for us last season if he wasn't a big time Charlie |

He'll no doubt join the band of guys who've never been given the credit and support they merited, and who come back to haunt us. It was ever thus. I think his goal to minutes played ratio was very good. It wouldn't surprise me to see him among the top 10 scorers in our division this season, as he'll at least be given his chance at Alloa. |
