Well, let's hope not. Canny go through that again.
This group is investing in something with potential while the stock is low.
The worry is what happens when the stock reaches what they consider to be its limit.
They look ok, but who do they sell to?
There are safeguards for EEP. We have the first option on any future purchase, and the land EEP is built on can only be used for a similar purpose, ruling out residential or retail projects.
Lots to be excited about and I think most fans are upbeat, but there will always be lingering concerns. |
