Oh I agree with you embow
The ref has claimed he saw the incidents and chose to think they are within the laws of the game how on earth can this not be acted upon by the Compliance Officer who has as many opportunities to review video footage of the said infringements.
This is not one instance here it is three seperate ones by the same player.
The fact that these incidents are clearly seen on video evidence and which cannot be denied or misinterpreted are brushed under the carpet because an incompetent match official not reckoning there was anything in them, leaves the SFA in a situation where serious questions need to be asked about the competence and impartiality of their own rules.

Letting Morales away with this type of thuggery does nothing for the game, here or, indeed, anywhere. |
Agree again
If Retrospective bans have been issued to clubs prior to this, for similar if not less serious breachs of the rules it would seem they invoke the rules to suit themselves/ inconsistently _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

The only surprise is that people are surprised by this.
The whole Scottish football establishment and authorities are there to benefit two clubs.
You only need to look back 6 and a half years at the way they threatened anyone who tried to sabotage the plan to parachute the Rangers newco into the top division.
Even the disciplinary procedures are set up to favour them. If it is thought there may be a case to answer, it is referred to a panel of 3 ex referees and the case can only be prosecuted if all 3 agree. You can be sure that, purely in the interests of fairness and balance you understand, there will be one with Hun sympathies, one with Tim sympathies and one other. Therefore the prospectsof an Old Firm player receiving retrospective punishment are next to nil. _________________ Dougie Hill

Yet again, the powers that be make Scottish Football a laughing stock, as well as sending out the message to the thugs of the game that there’s a place for them in Scottish football. _________________ He's no' hairy mary he's the Rovers' little fairy!

Possibly, but that would have been long before the 3 referees unanimously agreeing rule. _________________ Dougie Hill

With MacGregor to follow perhaps?
He's been cited for kicking out at a Dons player.

He should get a further ban for simulation and rolling round like a pussy. Whilst I appreciate foreign players add much to our game over here, rolling round, writhing in agony as if taken out by a sniper, is not a good thing. Shame all the pits have closed, he could do with a day down there to see what real hard work is all about. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Maybe no' any pits left but there's still a fishing boat, or three, where he can do 2 or 3 days at sea. A close second to the pits for hard dangerous work with little sleep, and what you get is in short bursts in any given shift.
And, that's a lot easier now than it used to be!
That would cool his jets. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

So their appeal for Morelos had no effect, other than to lose their what is it £1,000 appeal money, as he was given a 2 match ban for the red card and another match for it being his 2nd red card this season, so no further ban for having the nerve to appeal ? McGregor's one was ridiculous the ref was looking straight at it and did nothing, then when he gets a wee foot left in writhes in agony and the Dons player is booked ! |
