How about the pair of you have a grudge match, and the loser puts 10 into the fundraising account? Wink

I'm game for that. Going to a damn good cause. Dan, you in?

Count me in, get your tenner at the ready Wink

I believe the appropriate phrase for this is "It's on like Donkey Kong" Laughing

Tickets are now on sale at Styx and ACA Sports. There are only 48 tickets though and once they're gone, they're gone so make sure and get yours ASAP!

Just a reminder guys that a week Sat is the first Rally Round The Rovers event. Hosting a Fifa 12 tournament for 48 players in Styx with the winner taking home an official champions league football - we ran out of speed boats

This is a free weekend due to our bye in the cup so no reason why this shouldnt be a good day. I understand people are fedup but the cost of playing is less than half the cost of a Rovers ticket and i promise lots of goals!

Now if we are to make this event and others successful we need support and more importantly people particpating on the day. Myself and Stellios will probably have a few tickets at the game on Sat but please if you want to play get your tickets before the event

Not enough mate, think some people are under the impression they can pay on the day. The tickets need to be bought at the latest by a week today

Just a reminder that the deadline for tickets is 4pm on Thursday, and you can buy them from ACA Sports or Styx.

No ticket = no entry as we need to know exact numbers ahead of the tournament.

Due to poor ticket sales this event is now in serious doubt and may have to be cancelled. This is the first event for Rally Round The Rovers and we were lookong for a good start to give us a springboard for future events. I understand everyone os fedup just now but we really need to try and pull together if we are going to help and by that i mean everyone involved

Maybe if the rovers players came along on their DAY OFF for a couple of hours then it will atract more fans young and old to get involved.Imagine what it would be like for some of the kids to play davo or allan walker at fifa and beat them.It would make their year and the players could sign autographs, get photo`s taken etc whilst giving the fundraising events good publicity. Then again maybe not.................

I've been told they have a closed-doors game on Saturday, and the players won't be able to attend our event, which runs from 1pm to 7pm.

Know any details about the match? is it actually closed-doors or as some matches called closed-door are, taking place in a public park and who is it against?
