I like the concept of the away kit, but seriously... any man who walks down Kirkcaldy High Street wearing a pink football shirt is liable to get shot.

Of course it's a fantastic idea that shirt sales will raise money for the Maggies Centre.... but £2 from a shirt that will cost who knows how much? Seriously. I would consider buying one if the club were donating a tenner to the cancer place, but £2 - a pie and a Coke costs more!

I'm not big on the home kit either, but at least it's the lesser of the 2 evils... so I'll plump for the home shirt.

Is Kirkcaldy really that backwards? This is the 21st century, does someone else wearing pink really bother people?

I think that's quite harsh, I think someone would just look at you for a split second in the same way they would look at anyone else.

Really? I've never seen anyone being shot down the High Street. In fact, in my 28 years I don't think I've ever seen a single person attacked due to their clothing.

Race? Yes. Being fat? Yes. Pumpin' someone else's burd? Yes. I was even attacked myself for making a light-hearted joke about a guy who's gran had a brick lobbed into her face. Clothing? Nah.

It's 2011, by the way.

As far as I am aware we are now the third team that has a football strip that donates money to a charity,Barcelona the most famous and last season I do beleive Stranraer did something for a charity as well.I say well done to whoever thought of that and congratulations to all.

Shocker of a strip - only Rovers can come up with this brutal combination.

No issues with charity and fundraising, etc well maybe with the Government for underfunding places like Maggies but £2 donated to Maggies - how much does this cost to make in our terms - manufactured in the Far East for tuppence, shipped here and we get hit for £40 or so.

Bit of a gimmick for me - good cause maybe but Raith & ACA will still be making a v healthy profit and we get to wear a howler of a strip.
