It's in Article 8 of the SFA Ground Regulations:

Quote:
With the exception of authorised Media representatives holding accreditation issued by the club/event organiser, the taking of photographs or filming by any means inside the Ground is prohibited. In addition, no transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, recording or otherwise is permitted save with a special authorisation in writing by the club/event organiser and, where appropriate, the prior consent of The Scottish Football Association, the Scottish Premier League, the Scottish Football League or appropriate body.

Just stop it. Is it really worth being ejected from the ground to post up some poxy, bad quality video from the match usually involving nothing out of the ordinary?

As the rule book says, you are breaking the law, so just stop it.

You don't make the rules so you're in no position to tell Daryl or anyone to "just stop it"

Thanks for all the advice.

I have decided to stop putting videos on YouTube from Starks Park so the issue no longer concerns RRFC. I still might do videos from away games but I very much doubt it.

Hope everyone enjoyed it while it lasted Laughing

I'd say be a devil and just carry on. Who is going to notice you doing it from within the crowd?

The worst that could possibly happen is that you tube will be told to take them out.

I e-mailed the SFA and they basically reiterated what true rover posted. Their reply to my query was succinct and to the point in fact so succinct it was sans salutation -

".'Ground Regulations' which are displayed at every Scottish ground clearly state the use of unauthorised photography is not allowed. "

That's me telt!

So, you can film from any upstairs flat in Pratt Street!!

Not in the ground and therefore not breaking SFA rules.
