A big plus for me, Bairdie will hit form and start scoring goals for us.
Especially now with Jamie Gullan returning to Hibs. |

I knew you'd not be a happy bunny, but you've got to admit he did well on Saturday.

Interesting, not exactly sure what you are basing that confidence on. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 5, Smith 4, Easton 3, Hamilton 2, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Mitchell 1, Mullin 1, Stanton 1, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Delighted by this. Has been nothing but a positive for us since he returned. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Wasn't aware of that, I'm sure his expenses will be high enough though. As Embow said in another thread, his influence on the younger strikers may be of value but with Gullan going back, Allan being out for however long it might be, I hope we sign a striker with some experience to compliment what we currently have. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Note the winking emoji.
Could be wrong but I'd bet he is on a very decent load of expenses, all through his career JB has never been the type of player who was willing to take a pound less if there was a better offer going. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 5, Smith 4, Easton 3, Hamilton 2, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Mitchell 1, Mullin 1, Stanton 1, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Can only thank him for his time at Raith and especially the crucial goals he scored. We all know the importance of the really special ones.
Also to wish him and his family the very best for a future Down Under in Oz.👍 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Could be argued he scored the goal that won us the league with the second against Forfar in the last game of the season. Could well have been Falkirk who were top if not for that goal. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Yup, Castle.
Definitely one of the two crucial ones I was thinking of.
I wonder what the other one could possibly have been? _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Good luck John Baird, you scored some good goals, some great goals and a cup winning goal for us.
JB is the kind of striker we need now for next season. |

Hopefully we’ve had a chat with MacLean since his release, we could certainly do worse. I imagine he would be a wee bit motivated for those games against Hearts too. |
