Sorry but some of these choices are frankly bizzare, choosing Macdonald (who had a goal record of 1 in 3 games), over Mitch Bavidge or Eric Ferguson
Players such as Steve Corstophine, Chris McLeod, Alan Blair (2nd time), Ally McLeod, Norman Kelly were truely honking. |

I'm glad I never saw this lot at the same time.
Without stooping to the French foreign legion.
1, Colin Scott 1996/97 (I still can't believe Munro like him)
2, Willie Lyle 2005/07 (Gash!)
3, Paul Hilland 2005/06 (even worse than Lyle!!)
4, Steven Hamilton 2000/01 (Inept)
5,Kevin Gaughan 1999/2000 (If Wedderburn doesn't improve this slot's his)
6, Chris McLeod 2005/06 (Made Gaughan look word class)
7, Paul Hampshire 2000/03 (Pars got the good Hampshire we got him)
8, Connal Murthagh (I recall we renamed this guy Connal Murder)
9, Paul Ramsay 1984/85 (Worst striker in my years watching)
10, Stuart Romaines 1989/90 (Ol crazy legs. no real talent)
11 Eamon Fullarton 2005 (Dumpling!!) _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 16, Easton 11, Hamilton 9, Smith 7, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Ray Allan (would have been better with Lord Charles)
Mark Humphreys (red headed centre half if I recall his name properly) |

Mark Humphries was pretty poor from what I can remember of him (I think I was 10 when he played for us) BUT he was one of the poorest players in the side we had the season we were in Europe. So to say he was as bad as some of the dross from the second division days is probably a bit unfair. Compare to him to Paul Hilland for example and he would have been known as the ginger Pele (or even Franco Baresi since he was a defender) |

Norman Kelly, i'd forgotten about him.
Another who was rank rotten was Warren Hawke. |

Hawke was never really given a chance with us was he? (He only started one game and was a sub in the next)
He's a bit of a legend at Berwick & Morton. |

Oh now!!!! Hissy's goal took us to the top of the SFL2 at Stirling and his setting up for Weir's goal won us the title at Hampden.
A mediocre player, yes. Not one of the worst players in a Rovers shirt! _________________ A proud member of the 45. Saor Alba. |

The boots he had to fill were far too big, his mate Rocky Rowbotham was a great find though. |

Vettle Anderson...he was absolutely woeful!
Followed closely by anyone Anelka signed (well most of them anyway), Paul Hilland (remember hearing Lumsden shout at him 'Oi Paul, your playing £%$king left back! He had worse positional sense than Williamson!), Sean Killgannon, Dennis Mcglauchlin. |

Yep we were never going to be able to replace Brewster. I think if Brewster had stayed that team would have stayed up but then again that would have meant no League cup, europe and another first division title... |
