Amon Duul II - Made in Germany (The double album, not the single one)
How many other albums have a genuine Hitler interview
Really wierd group of musicians who can actually play!!
If you're not in the know, try 'Archangels Thunderbird' on YouTube. |

Great list Ally. Of course don't agree with all of them but it is a matter of opinion.
My choice now would invariably be different tomorrow, both albums and individual songs, as stated above it's a mood thing.
Anyway for what it's worth:
Hall of the Mountain Grill: Hawkwind
Warrior on the Edge of Time: Hawkwind
Serene Machine: Ed Kuepper
Argus: Wishbone Ash
One Size Fits All: Frank Zappa
Wish You Were Here: Pink Floyd
Belle & Sebastian: Dear Catastrophe Waitress
Camel: The Snowgoose
The Church: The Church
Counting Crows: August and Everything After
Crowded House: Woodface
Gary Moore: Still Got the Blues
Nickelback: Silver Side Up
The Ozark Mountain Daredevils: It'll Shine When It Shines
Red Hot Chili Peppers: By The Way
Red Hot Chili Peppers: Californication
Wolfstone: The Half Tail
... and so on. This doesn't include all the vinyl I still have in storage. As I say tomorrow this list would be different. It just evolves.
Great topic. I love seeing what other folks are listening to. _________________
