I've seen way too many bands to sit here and name them but a few favorites that come to mind are:

Rage Against The Machine
My *beep* Valentine
Roger Watters
Mogwai
Sonic Youth
Radiohead
Gorkys Zygotic Mynci
The Wedding Present
Super Furry Animals

Hunners and hunners more but a special mention to the Glastonbury festival which when not hosing it down with rain is the greatest weekend on earth.

thats an impressive list kev.

bet the chillis were awesome

The Chilis WERE awesome - until last time.
It was at Hampden last summer, and it just didnt happen.
The sound was absolutely awful, and they just didnt look to be at all interested - Especially Anthony Keidis.
VERY dissapointing given their previous performances.

One of the times i seen them was on Glasgow Green and included in the line up was -
Chilis
Foo Fighters
Queens Of The Stone Age
Electric Six
PJ Harvey - she was sh:+
and a couple of other bands that i cant quite remember. Embarassed
That was one fantastic day, but a wee dissapointment was that Dave Grohl didnt play drums with QOTSA on No One Knows, as he had done on the recording of the track itself.

There are so many other great gigs, and memories i have - along with a few i would like to forget.

Its ALL about opinions guys.
In my opinion, RHCP are really good, and i like their music, hence the fact that i bought their music and went to see them. Granted, like i said, the last concert i went to was garbage, but i think they are great.

Out of interest Spider, what groups do you like?

way too many to mention them all, been to t in the park 9 times, leeds, connect festival's almost annually. notable highlights from the usual suspects are Michael Jackson Cool , Radiohead x2, Mogwai, Deftones, Biffy x 14, foo fighters (too many times), foals, midnight juggernauts, underworld, the streets, my *beep* valentine, oasis, the strokes, modest mouse, 2 many dj's, interpol x 3, weezer, i actually don't why i started this list because i'm not going to finish it. let's just say... hunners.

the amount of times people have seen nickleback in this thread. Shocked Shocked each to their own....
